An online ordering gallery for school and nursery photographs
Once a session is sorted, the next job is getting photos in front of parents and collecting orders. When your selection is ready, you can
open the session’s online ordering gallery without a separate gallery fee or another piece of software.
How it works
- Switch it on from any processed session. Protected previews are prepared automatically within minutes.
- Share access with the group: a group ID and password, or a private link without a password — you can switch at any time.
- Parents open the group gallery, find their child’s album and choose products and quantities. Access is shared at group level, so they may
also open other albums in that group.
- Orders come to you by email with a printable order form. You arrange payment, printing and delivery directly with the parent.
You stay in control
- Your products and prices: prints, digital downloads, or “whole album” products per child.
- Protected previews: a dense text watermark, your own watermark image, or a blur.
- Who appears: use the eye icon to control whether a child appears in the gallery. This setting does not give parents a separate login for
their own child.
- An ordering deadline: set one, and the session is deleted 30 days after it. Without a deadline, it is deleted 30 days after upload.
Honest about access
This is a group-level gallery, not a separate private login for each child. Anyone with the shared credentials or link may be able to browse other
albums in the group. Share access the way you share other class information — for example, in the class’s private parent group.
What it costs
There is no separate gallery fee. With Pay per photo, there is no commission on parent orders; with Pay as you sell, there is no upfront processing
charge and a 8% fee applies to orders. SmartCull doesn’t take parents’ payments and isn’t a party to the sale. Pricing →
