• Group: organise photos into albums by child. Use face grouping where the necessary explicit permissions are in place, or photograph separator cards between children — or group by clothing, hair appearance and shooting order — to work without face recognition.
• Cull: blinks, missed focus, motion blur, mid-sentence expressions and near-identical burst frames are flagged with the reason. Nothing is deleted; you can bring any photo back.
• Rank: the stronger photos rise to the top, and each child gets a suggested selection of portraits and group shots — in the numbers you set.

Choose the method that suits each school

Some schools collect consent for face grouping, others prefer not to. Choose the grouping method for each class: use face grouping only when the necessary explicit permissions have been obtained for everyone whose face will be processed; otherwise use separator cards or clothing-based grouping.
